One of the things I like about my Madewell transport bag is that it’s a perfect fit for the fall/winter season. Being a busy grad student, it definitely helps to keep me organize.

The Wakili Totem Pole
The Wakili Totem Pole is located in the National Park in Guyana, South America. It was carved by Lokono Artist, Mr. Oswald Hussein (Ozzie). It was completed as one of the first instillation of "art in the park" initiative showing the balance and respect of man for the forest and all it provides. One needs to remember that Guyana is located in South America, north of Brazil so there is a lot of green, rainfall, and the sun. If ever you are in the Guyana, don't forget to give this park and art piece a visit.

Travel Basics
Whenever I consider traveling, I always try to not forget the little things like shower gel or soap, moisture, face wash, face cream, sun cream, wash cloth and basic make-up for those days I want to dress up. Sometimes a small travel candle can also be relaxing after a busy day. Some of my travel favs I list below...

Seeing beauty even in times of sadness.
There is so much beauty in the world, but not everyone sees it. Confucius

Memories of Tunisia
I visited Tunisia a few years ago and loved it. It is believed by some to be the jewel of the Mediterranean and I feel they might be right. One of the places I enjoyed visiting in Tunisia was Carthage. Photos does it no justice its worth a visit.

2016 is already over?
Image taken from http://www.chancescoggins.com/up-ahead-on-the-road-less-traveled
The year 2016 for me was quite an eye opening year. I sometimes feel like I was watching my life unfold while I sat in another room looking on. I've learn a lot about myself, my environment and people and also made important decisions. One of those important decision was I decided to go to Graduate school, another decision was I travel more and took less photos.
I know taking less photos was a bit selfish but sometimes one has to be selfish I think. I instead learn to enjoy what I saw with my eyes, I did it old school and instead took mental photos. The problem however is that I can't share my beautiful scenes with you. I only have them in my head. The year 2016 is now long gone and not its 2017, a brand new year full of unlimited possibilities.
Thank you for not giving up on me, I surely didn't. Welcome again to my journey as I continue on this road if endless possibilities of enjoying life and everything nice. I promise I will keep sharing my beautiful images and photos with the world, you deserve to see time as it happen and changes.

Getting through it...

Sometimes seeing the end to a difficult situation can seem impossible especially while you are in the middle experiencing it. One just have to always remember that its never the end and nothing last forever and eventually it too shall past.
