Maybe once in a while just getting out the door 10 minutes early and stopping at a tea/coffee shop on your way to work or where ever you are heading, and sitting for 2-5 minutes to have a sip of tea/coffee can feel so fulfilling. Maybe even treating yourself to a sweet treat can make your morning commute less hectic and give you a few minutes to just be in the moment.
