Immunity-Boosting Tonic

We will soon be heading into the season of cold and flu so its only fitting that I share this at-home immunity- boosting tonic. I have to say that its pretty effective because I have used it and it actually worked. I can already see that this will be my go to drink for this season. I have included the ingredients below, Bottoms up!

Ingredients

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, pulp removed if desired (you can also use bottle juice but watch out for its sugar content)
1/2-inch piece ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey
1/2-inch fresh turmeric, grated (or pinch of ground turmeric)




Directions

Whisk all the ingredients in a small jug until combined. Pour into a serving glass.
